D15 Diversity Plan

Note from Ms. Cavanagh: It is very important that PS 15 and Red Hook are represented at this event. The D15 Diversity Plan and improvements to the middle school process have greatly benefitted the children of Red Hook and PS 15. It is very important we have folks who can represent our community!

Dear Community,

You are invited to join us for the District 15 Celebration and Reflection of the Diversity Plan.  The D15 team and WXY have engaged in a year long reflection and evaluation process. This will be an evening of information-sharing and panel discussion on the D15 Plan’s impacts, celebrations, and collective next steps.  Join the D15 team and WXY to learn about findings, hear from a panel made up of D15 community members, and reflect with us about our work ahead. All are welcomed, though we encourage D15 school staff, families and students to attend as this work directly impacts YOU.

This event will take place on Tuesday, June 18th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at MS 88.

MS 88 is located at 544 7th Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11215 (between 6th and 7th Aves)

Please RSVP by completing this form by June 7th.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with D15 Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Omar Griles at ogriles2@schools.nyc.gov or 718-935-4219.
